   1.1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Swistore. We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

   1.2. Payment: Customers must choose and do the actions of payment for orders if necessary at the time of placing the order. We accept payments via Paypal now.

2. Delivery and Returns

   If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these terms and conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

3. Exclusions of Liability

   We exclude all warranties and liabilities to the fullest extent permitted by law, except for personal injury or death caused by negligence. We do not accept liability for unforeseeable losses or damages arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Website. These exclusions are governed by English law, with respect to mandatory laws in your country of residence. If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Our liability for personal injury or death due to negligence is not excluded.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vietnam, unless you are a consumer residing in another country particularly the United Kingdom, in which case you may also bring a claim in the courts of your own country without compromising your consumer rights under local laws.
